Our FRP Square Cross Flow Cooling Tower is designed as a high-efficiency, low-maintenance alternative to traditional counterflow or metal-shell cooling towers. In a cross flow design, air enters through the louvers, travels horizontally across the falling water stream, and exits through the opposite side — while water flows vertically down over the fill media. This orthogonal flow path minimizes pressure drop and allows gravity-fed water distribution without spray nozzles, reducing clogging risks and pump head requirements.
The entire shell, basin, louvers, and fan stack are manufactured from premium FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) — corrosion-resistant, UV-stabilized, and lightweight. Unlike galvanized steel towers that rust within 3–5 years or concrete towers that crack and leak, our FRP structure offers 15+ years of maintenance-free service in aggressive environments (coastal, chemical plants, high humidity).
Key features include: PVC/PP drift eliminators (<0.001% drift loss), energy-saving axial fan (low noise option available), heavy-duty gear reducer, and anti-clogging water distribution system (no nozzles). The square modular design allows unlimited side-by-side cell expansion to match growing capacity. Available from 50 to 1000 nominal tons per cell (or 200 to 4000 m³/h). Ideal for HVAC central plants, plastic injection molding, chemical processing, food refrigeration, and manufacturing facilities where reliable, low-cost cooling is critical.

Energy Efficient Fan System – Wide-chord, low-speed axial fan (optional FRP blade) paired with high-efficiency gear reducer (or belt drive for lower initial cost). Fan speed optimized for lowest kW per ton. Available with VFD-ready motor for further energy savings.
Low Noise Operation – Optional low-noise fan, vibration isolators, and sound-attenuated casing. Noise level as low as 55 dB(A) at 10m for residential area or hospital applications.
Modular & Expandable – Square cell design allows multiple units arranged side by side. Easy to add capacity as your plant grows. Single cell to 20+ cell configurations.
Lightweight & Easy Installation – FRP structure is 1/3 the weight of steel. Can be installed on steel frame or rooftop without heavy crane (for small to medium sizes). Reduced structural reinforcement cost.
CTI Certified & Customizable – Thermal performance certified by Cooling Technology Institute (CTI). Customization options: high temp fill (up to 60°C inlet), stainless steel hardware, anti-algae treatment, and closed-loop or open-loop configurations.
